Assemble the package
A registry package draws on the project design, monitoring information, calculations and evidence of safeguards and community processes. Each document should have a clear role and a traceable relationship to the project record. A gap should be named before it is hidden in a polished report.
Check the actual route
Requirements vary by standard and methodology. The team should identify the route selected for this project and distinguish information held in the record from calculations the configured method can actually perform. Readiness helps expose that difference.
Keep the handoff honest
Submission starts another process: questions, independent validation or verification, programme decisions and, where warranted, issuance. Those are not automatic consequences of uploading a file or running a readiness check. The project team should preserve the package and the responses as separate parts of the record.
